A Cabinet meeting held in Singha Durbar on Tuesday made the decision to that effect.
Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development, Hitraj Pandey said that the government has decided to extend the tenure of LLRC to address the concerns over the Commission’s report.
Minister Pandey leads the three-member committee which was earlier given one week's time.
The meeting has also decided to accept Rs 15.93 billion in loan assistance from the World Bank for implementation of health sector management reforms programme.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to deploy 700 Nepal Army personnel for the security of forest area as well as to establish Infrastructure Development Bank with joint participation of the government and private sector.
The government has also decided to establish the 'Sushil Koirala Cancer Hospital' in Banke and to release funds required for different programme as per the existing budget ceiling, said Minister Pandey.
