Minister for Labour Surya Man Gurung has said the government was committed to holding local level polls on the stipulated date.
The government has decided to hold the civic polls on May 14.
Talking to medipersons at the Biratnagar Airport in Saturday, he said that the elections would not be postponed at any cost.
He further said that the government has been holding talks with the Madhes-centric parties to bring them on board the elections. RSS
