Police on Tuesday arrested two persons in possession of 1 kg gold-like metal from Banasthali, KMC-16.
The suspects have been identified as Janak Karki, 25, of Keurini-7, Sindhupalchok, currently residing at Kerung, Rasuwa and Narayan Thapa, 32, of Banasthali, Kathmandu.
A police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Balaju, nabbed the duo during a regular security check.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
