A person was electrocuted at Jalpamai Temple at Gaushala in Mahottari district on Sunday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Sushil Saha, 37, of Shreenagar in Sarlahi.
Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Gaushala, Shambhu Pokharel said that the incident took place when Saha touched the electric wire with power of 11,000 voltage when he had climbed on a peepal tree to pluck its leaves. He died on the spot in the incident. RSS
