A cyclist died after being hit by a mini-bus in Rijal chok of Bharatpur Sub-metropolis-10 on Wednesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Ram Bahadur Bayalkoti,52, of the same locality. He was hit by the mini-bus (Ba.3Kha.2275) en route to Narayangadh from Bhandara of east Chitwan, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan.
The incident took place around 6: 00 pm. Bayalkoti died while undergoing treatment at Bharatpur hospital later the same night. The bus driver has been taken into custody for necessary action, police said. RSS
