In Kanchanpur, two motorcycles coming from opposite direction collided with each other at Bhimdutta Municipality in Kanchanpur claiming the lives of Suraj Karki, 22, of Dhangadi-5, Kailali and Raees Okheda, 22 of Bedkot-2, Kanchanpur. The motorcycle they were riding in crashed into a pole after colliding with another motorcycle that was carrying a family of three who were injured in the accident. The injured are receiving medical treatment at Dhangadi, informed DSP Nain Singh Karki.
Likewise, another motorcycle rider in Bedkot, Kanchanpur lost his life after hitting a cow. Police informed that the deceased has been identified as Kishor Chaudhary, 25, rider of the motorcycle, Ma 1 Pa 8733. The pillion Niraj Chaudhari was injured in the incident and is receiving medical treatment at Kohalpur Medical College.
Similarly, in Dhading, another motorcyclist was killed after being hit by an oncoming passenger bus at Jogimara road section in Dhading along the Prithvi Highway. The deceased has been identified as Puroshottam Dallakoti. According to the police, Dallakoti was riding his motorcycle, Ba 55 Pa 2632, when a passenger bus, Na 3 Kha 5622, en route to Gaur from Kathmandu coming from the opposite direction hit him.
