An eight-year-old girl died after being hit by a school bus in Palpa district on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Sabina Bagale, 8, of Kusum Khola-8.
According to police, the school bus (Lu 1 Kha 1130) hit her while she was trying to cross the road yesterday.
Teenage girl killed in Chitwan tractor hit
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old girl died after a tractor hit a bike she was riding pillion at Khairahani, Chainpur in eastern part of the Chitwan district.
Police identified the deceased as Sabina Pun, 17, of the district.
