Police on Sunday arrested a man in possession of a Chinese pistol and three rounds of bullets from Jamunaha in Banke district.
The suspect has been identified as Saddam Pathan of Nepalgunj Sub Metropolitan City-8 in the district.
According to the District Police Office, Banke, he was arrested during a security check along the Nepal-India border.
Police said that they have also confiscated two packets of brown sugar from Pathan’s possession.
