At least six people were injured when a passenger bus and a truck collided with each other in Banke along the East-West Highway on Thursday morning.
According to police, a passenger bus (Na 5 Kha 5771) collided head-on with the truck (Na 5 Kha 9924) at Kanchanpur, Samshergunj VDC in the district around 7 am today.
Five passengers from the bus and a motorcycle rider, Jkahhu Oli, was injured in the accident, informed Banke District Police Office.
The motorcycle (Bhe 5 Pa 4336) was riding on the highway behind the passenger bus when the accident occurred.
