Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has asked the Armed Police Force to remain prepared for various elections to be conducted in 'near future'.
Speaking at the APF Inspector trainning convocation ceremony in Lamapatan-based Training School, Dahal directed the force to be prepared for election of local, state and federal elections.
On the occasion, PM Dahal lauded the role played by APF during peace and disaster maintenance.
DPM and Home Minister Bimalendra Nidhi said APF had played a crucial role in controlling cross-border crime and maintaining internal peace.
