Police recovered a leopard pelt from a forest in Bhamchaur VDC on Sunday.
A police team was deployed to the forest after receiving report that an unclaimed leopard skin had been discovered. Meanwhile, a wildlife smuggler suspect, who was arrested in Baitadi, has admitted that the leopard pelt found in Bajhang belonged to him. The suspect, Kalyan Gurdhami, was handed over to the forest authority for investigation. (PR)
