All flights to and from the Nepalgunj airport were disrupted on Wednesday morning due to the dense fog. 

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Nepalgunj office stated that flights to various destinations on the hilly and mountainous districts of the Mid- and Far-western regions and to Kathmandu could not take place due to foggy condition. 

Passengers were waiting at the airport hoping that the weather would clear for resumption of flights. The sick passengers who had air ticket for Kathmandu have been hit the most due to the halt in flights. RSS
