The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against Nabin Kumar Pokharel, Technical Director at Department of Transport Management, Minbhawan, at the Special Court.

CIAA Spokesperson Krishnahari Pushkar said that Under Secretary Pokharel was caught red-handed from the Department while taking bribe of Rs 180,000 from a service seeker of Nepalgunj to issue permission for importing electric scooter. 

The CIAA team had caught Pokharel few days ago. The CIAA has sought maximum penalty against Pokharel. RSS
