Nepse plunges 105.50 points as all sub-indices decline

The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index fell sharply by 105.50 points, on Sunday, closing at 2,676.68 points as all sub-indices ended in negative territory.
Share prices of only seven companies increased, while 261 declined, signalling a widespread market downturn.
A total of 31,206,162 shares were traded through 141,036 transactions during the day. The total turnover reached Rs12.38 billion, up from Rs8.81 billion recorded on Thursday.
All 13 sub-groups posted losses, dragging the benchmark index down by over 105 points.
