Annapurna Cable Car, Lemon Tree Hotels sign MoU to operate Bandipur Hotel

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Annapurna Cable Car Pvt. Ltd. and Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., an internationally renowned hotel chain, for the management and operation of a hotel in Bandipur.
Under the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd will manage the hotel to be constructed in Bandipur as an international-standard property.
The MoU was signed in Kathmandu by Niraj Kedia, managing director of Annapurna Cable Car Pvt. Ltd., and Vilas Pawar, chief executive officer of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.
Annapurna Cable Car Pvt Ltd is a tourism-focused company operating in Bandipur.
Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, one of India’s leading hotel chains, has an extensive presence across Asia and the Middle East.
With its global marketing network, corporate travel segments and established customer base in South Asia and the Middle East, Lemon Tree Hotels is expected to help position Bandipur as an international tourism destination, the company said in a statement.
As per the agreement, the Bandipur hotel will be incorporated into the Lemon Tree Hotels brand network and operated in line with its international standards.
Lemon Tree Hotels will be responsible for overall hotel management, brand compliance, international marketing, service quality control, human resource development and integration into global distribution systems.
