Nepse drops 22 points amid decline in trading volume
All sub-indices except mutual funds ended in the red.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) declined on Wednesday, losing 22.58 points to close at 2,505 points as both the benchmark index and trading turnover fell.
The daily turnover stood at Rs3.10 billion, down from Tuesday’s Rs3.36 billion. Out of the traded companies, share prices of 40 increased, 206 declined, and 5 remained unchanged.
All sub-indices except mutual funds ended in the red.
Nepal Reinsurance, Himalayan Reinsurance, Union Hydropower, Butwal Power, and Himalayan Distillery topped the list of most-traded companies of the day.
