NICCI appoints Kunal Kayal as Vice President
Kayal also serves as the Honorary Consul of Jordan to Nepal, bringing an added dimension of international engagement to his role.

The Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) has appointed Kunal Kayal as its new Vice President.
Kayal, who has a long-standing association with the chamber, previously served as Treasurer in the former Executive Committee and is currently an active member of the existing one, NICCI said in a statement.
His appointment underscores NICCI’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation between Nepal and India in trade, investment, and industrial development. Kayal is a chartered accountant and director at Keyal Group, one of Nepal’s leading industrial and trading conglomerates.
The group’s diverse portfolio includes manufacturing, construction materials, hydropower and solar energy, real estate, banking and insurance, tourism, and healthcare.
Kayal also serves as the Honorary Consul of Jordan to Nepal, bringing an added dimension of international engagement to his role.
Alongside his appointment, NICCI announced the promotion of Marshal Rathour to the position of Director. Rathour, who has been associated with NICCI for more than 24 years, previously served as Deputy Director and is recognised for his longstanding contribution to the chamber’s operations and outreach.
