KATHMANDU: Ncell Axiata on Thursday inaugurated its new Ncell Centre in Maharshi Chowk, Byas Municipality 3, Damauli.

The centre aims to deliver world-class customer services locally from a single touch- point.

Aligned with the company’s brand promise of ‘Today, Tomorrow, Together’ and the theme ‘Here for You,’ it offers a wide array of custom- er services. The new centre was inaugurated by Stephen Rodriguez, chief of staff at Ncell Operations, amid a special function in Damauli.

The centre is said to be fully operational, providing comprehensive customer services directly to the local community.

Various services, including general inquiries on products and services, SIM subscriptions, internet settings, and enterprise services, can be availed from the centre.

It also caters to customers’ needs by upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM, changing SIM cards, converting to e-SIM, modifying CUG numbers, and providing biz plans, and international roaming, among others.
