NIBL Ace Capital Limited and Pioneer Law Associates collaborated on Sunday to conduct a workshop on “Road to IPO” in Kathmandu to make corporate houses aware of the IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspective.
“Anup Raj Upreti, managing partner of Pioneer Law Associates, and Sachindra Dhungana, deputy general manager of the NIBL, were the presenters of the session,” the NIBL said in a statement.
“The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO, focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods.”
