Prabal Thapa, one of those accused of obstructing Supreme Court's effort to serve a notice at suspended CIAA Chief's residence, has furnished written response before the SC on Thursday.
Thapa, who is also Lok Man Singh Karki's son-in-law, was ordered by the court to produce written response before the court on why he obstructed the judicial process.
In the written response, Thapa has argued that he had been a victim of false allegation as he is affiliated to the Nepali Congress. RSS
