One person died and two were injured in a truck accident in Dhading on Friday.
The truck (Na 5 kha 6437) carrying eight buffaloes lost its control and plunged some 100 metres below the road at Salyankot-1, Fulkharka road, according to Salyattar Police Office Incharge Bharat Dura. Fourty-year-old Jivan Lama of Bastipur-2, Sindhuli, died on the spot.
Truck driver Jasbahadur Ghale of Fulkharka-9 and assistant driver Prabin Gurung of Gumdi-3 are injured.
Two buffaloes have also died in the accident, it has been learnt.
