Body of girl who went swimming in Syarpu Lake recovered
The body of the fourth grader, who had gone missing in the lake on Tuesday, was recovered on Wednesday afternoon.

The body of a girl who had gone missing in the Syarpu Lake in ward 3 of Banfikot Rural Municipality was recovered on Wednesday morning by a team of security personnel.
The fourth grader went swimming in the lake with five others on Tuesday afternoon. Her body was recovered from the lake at around 3pm on Wednesday, said Dharmendra Khadka, information officer at the West Rukum district police office.
A team of personnel from the Nepal Army, Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force carried out a rescue mission following the incident.
