Artudio, a centre for visual arts dedicated to various art practices as well as art education, is set to host a spring art camp for children between March 31 and April 9 at its premises in Swoyambhu. According to organisers, the art camp, Little Picasso Vol 11, aims not at teaching per se but at facilitating their imaginations via various art mediums.
Throughout the course, children will be introduced to various mediums and processes of art making. Previous iterations of the art camp have been well regarded for making a positive impact in the lives and personalities of the young participants. Organisers hope that the workshop will “lead student to be sensitive and critical towards their subject matter as well as enhance their imaginations and observation skills”.
The camp, which is exclusively for children between the ages of 6 and 14, will run every day from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
