The third iteration of Momos & More took place at the premises of Gateway College of Professional Studies, in Basundhara, on Saturday.

This iteration of Momos & More featured a variety of momo such as Crispy Crunchy Gundruk Bhatmas Momo, Cheese Spinach Momo, Pork Hawaiian Momo, Buff Chhoyela Momo, Spaghetti Pizza Momo, White Chocolate & Strawberry Momo, among others.

According to the organisers, the event was part of the various themed events hosted “to judge the quality of the students’ knowledge and skills as well as their management competency in developing hospitality products and delivering hospitality services.”

Momos & More, in particular, is an event, in which up-and-coming chefs “try to innovate and present new varieties of momos apart from other delicacies and drinks.”

The many varieties of momo were innovated by the college management and students enrolled in the four-year BHM programme.
