The sixth iteration of the Nepal Literature Festival 2017 is slated to start on Friday at the premises of Nepal Tourism Board in Pardi, Pokhara. 

The fest, also the pioneering literary extravaganza in the country, will run for four days featuring more than 100 authors and litterateurs from Nepal and abroad.  Over the course of the fest, the participants will engage in more than thirty panel discussions that will focus on myriad facets of aesthetic-intellectual curiosities such as literature, art, theatre, cinema, business and politics. 

Among a host of Nepali litterateurs, musicians and intellectuals, in the likes of Buddhisagar, Narayan Wagle, and Amrit Gurung, among others, the fest this year will also welcome internationally-acclaimed authors such as Ram Chandra Guha, Uday Prakash and Durjoy Datta. 

The fest will also be live-broadcast through the YouTube channel of Nepal Literature Festival.
