The Best Foreign Language Film Selection Committee, Nepal, has chosen 'Talakjung vs Tulke' as the entry to 88^th Academy Awards.

The film will compete in the “Best Foreign Film” category in the Oscars. The film was selected by a committee under the chairmanship of Bimal Poudel on Saturday. The films that were in competition with the film were Nishani, Bhimdutta and Sunpani. Nischal Basnet's directorial movie features actors like Khagendra Lamichhane, Richa Sharma, Dayahang Rai, Sushank Mainali and Rabindra Singh Baniya.

The 88^th Academy Awards will be conducted on February 28, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
