Creating efficiency

Artificial intelligence has become an invaluable tool in my journey of learning, creating, and growing. I don’t see AI as something that replaces my work but something that amplifies it. It allows me to work more efficiently. There are, of course, things it cannot do; it cannot replace the person you are, but it is helpful nonetheless.

Public appearances

Throughout my Miss Nepal journey, AI has been a trusted learning companion. It has helped me prepare for interviews, refine my speeches, and challenge my perspectives by encouraging me to think more deeply about my values, my advocacy, and the impact I hope to create. Rather than giving me answers, it has helped me ask better questions and articulate my own voice with greater clarity and confidence.

AI as an assistant

Professionally and academically, I use AI to organise ideas, simplify complex information, conduct research, and enhance presentations and written communication. By reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks, it allows me to dedicate more energy to meaningful work, strategic thinking, and human connection.

AI as a friend

Beyond work, AI fuels my curiosity. Whether I am exploring business and finance, discovering new books, seeking creative inspiration for art and fashion, or simply learning about the world, it encourages me to remain a lifelong learner. Every conversation becomes an opportunity to expand my perspective and deepen my understanding.
