Campfire Connection

Chasing Himalaya is taking an all-girl camping trip to Kakani for one night and two days, including breakfast, tea and snacks, dinner, veg and non-veg; tent, sleeping bags, two-way transportation and with adventurous sports; Superman zipline in a single-person package. Everyone’s meetup point is in Balaju. Anyone who identifies as a female can join the camp.

Thai Food Festival

Thailand’s aromatic and diversified cuisine will take centre stage at ‘Bao Xuan’, The Soaltee Kathmandu’s Chinese Specialty Restaurant. Foodies can try out authentic Thai cuisine prepared by Master Chef Wimon Junlawong, who has travelled all the way from Thailand to head the Food Festival. The festival has curated a special Ala Carte menu, including Som Tam, Moo Yang Num Jim Jaew, homemade curry (red, green & yellow), Panang Curry, Pad Kimao and many more delicacies.

KatJazz Festival

Celebrate diversity and the power of music at ‘Jazz Across Borders’—an outdoor concert that features a lineup of international and local jazz musicians, including Carlos Heredia, Juliana Rodrigues, Gughu Mugu, and the Wayne Shorter Tribute Project.

From Bhaktapur to Kantipur

Siddhartha Art Gallery’s newest exhibition features Paubha art as well as contemporary paintings from the artists of Bhaktapur. Mixing both the traditional and the modern, the exhibition reflects the dynamism of the art scene in Bhaktapur.

Kids Carnival
If you are looking for a fun activity for the whole family, Rumi’s Bistro is organising its first Kids Carnival this Sunday. You can expect a lot of activities like face painting, live close-up magic, photo booths, games, canvas painting, vendor booths and much more. You can take your time off and enjoy the carnival with your children.
