On Friday, hilly areas and Koshi Province are expected to experience partly to generally cloudy skies, with the rest of the country remaining partly cloudy to mainly fair.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, light rain, along with possible thunder and lightning, is likely in some hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.

Isolated rainfall may also occur in a few places in other hilly regions. Additionally, light snowfall is possible at one or two locations in the high hills and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki.

Tonight, similar partly cloudy conditions will continue in the hilly regions, while the rest of the country remains mainly fair. Light rain or thunderstorms may occur in isolated hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.

Western winds and local winds over hilly regions are influencing weather across the country.

Janakpur recorded the highest temperature at 35°C, while Jomsom saw the lowest at 6.5°C. Lumle received the most rainfall, measuring 7.9 mm.
