Acting Chairman of the CPN-UML Bam Dev Gautam has claimed that UML would emerge victorious even in the Province No 2, because UML had begun its politics from this province.

During a programme organised in the capital city Saturday, acting Chairman Gautam further argued that UML has been successful in many political tests.

On a different note, he said Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is currently on India visit, showed sheer disrespect to parliament, by informing the Indian counterpart that the former would amend constitution by garnering majority of votes in parliament.

It showed that the most responsible person in the country himself did not implement the constitution, he said.

Gautam cautioned his party cadres to be aware that some elements were trying to corner UML due to party\'s performance in the recent local level elections. RSS
