Two Yarsagumba (Cordyceps sinensis) collectors died in separate incidents after they fell off the cliff.
Milan Karki, aged 24, of Apihimal Rural Municipality-3 in Darchula died after he fell off the cliff while collecting Yarsagumba at Toneth highland area on Friday.
According to the locals, the incident happened while Karki was returning to his camp after collecting the precious fungus.
Similarly, Dipendra Bohara, aged 32, of Surma Rural Municipality-5 died as he slept in the snow and fell over the cliff in Dhauldhunga area in Bajhang on Thursday.
