The Darchula-Gokuleshwar road section of the Mahakali Highway has been blocked due to a landslide at Terchalek following rainfall on Saturday night.

According to Darchula District Police Office, landslides have occurred in a one-kilometre stretch of the road section.

Traffic has come to a complete halt and efforts are on to clear the debris.
