Euro School Hattigauda ‘A’ won the boys’ U-16 title at the Euro Cup Inter-School Basketball Tournament 2026, while Daffodil Public School claimed the girls’ U-16 championship.

The tournament concluded on Tuesday with the finals in the two categories, followed by a closing ceremony at Euro School Hattigauda.

Euro School Hattigauda ‘A’ secured the boys’ title after winning the U-16 final, while Daffodil Public School emerged as the girls’ champions.

The closing ceremony was attended by Budhanilkantha Mayor Mitharam Adhikari, Nepal Basketball Association Secretary General Narendra Thapa, Budhanilkantha Municipality Education Department Senior Officer Anita Khanal, national basketball player Roshni Shrestha and Youth Collection proprietor Manish Shrestha.

The tournament brought together teams from several schools and was organised by Euro School Hattigauda to promote inter-school basketball and provide young players with competitive exposure.
