The much-anticipated Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League is returning after a halt for two seasons.
The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), on Tuesday, informed that the top-tier league of the country will kick off on March 18, on the occasion of Ghode Jatra.
There are 14 clubs in the top-tier. With Church Boys United lifting the title in the previous season in 2023, Three Star Club and Khumaltar FC were relegated to the B Division.
The two new clubs in the tournament will be last season’s B-Division champion Planning Boyz United and second-placed Shree Bhagawati Club. It will be a debut for both clubs in the top-tier.
