Butwal’s Sushma Aryal won the T20 World Cup package to India during Radio Kantipur’s ‘Radio on Wheels’ event at Traffic Chowk in Butwal on Wednesday.

Offered by Extreme Energy and Max Tiger Energy Drinks under the ‘Radio on Wheels’ campaign, Aryal was declared the winner through a lucky draw during the seventh edition of the Radio on Wheels programme.

The campaign, which started from Nepalgunj and passed through Dhangadhi and Surkhet, reached Butwal on Wednesday. A mini road show was organised in the morning at Siddhartha International College, followed by the main event in the evening featuring national and local artists, musical and comedy performances, and interactive sessions with students.

The World Cup package includes T20 World Cup match tickets along with a 4-night, 5-day trip and round-trip transportation. One lucky winner is being selected from each of the 15 programme locations. Earlier, participants from Surkhet, Dhangadhi, and Nepalgunj had also won the package.

After Butwal, the Radio on Wheels programme will be held at Lakeside, Pokhara on Friday.
