The event will reach 15 cities across the country. In every city, the participants can try their luck for the scheme by buying either the Xtreme or Max Tiger energy drinks.
“With each drink, the buyer will be entered into a lucky draw. And the winner will win an exciting package for the T20 World Cup, which includes ticket and two-way travel for a four-night and five-day package,” Radio Kantipur informed.
The lucky draw will take place in each of the 15 cities, with one lucky winner selected from each. “The lucky draw will take place on the same road show, which includes music and dance,” the organisers said.
The road show will be enlivened by the performance of singers Shiva Pariyar and Bishwa Nepali alongside Dance Champion Nepal winner Barsha Phuyal and Dance Champion Season 1 winner Rosika Raut. There will also be a performance from comedian Raja Rajendra Pokharel.
The first of the 15 road shows starts from BP Chowk in Nepalgunj, Banke, on Saturday. The show, which is a part of Radio Kantipur’s aim to improve connection with listeners, in Nepalgunj begins at 3pm.
Before concluding in Kathmandu on January 22, the road show will reach Dhangadhi, Surkhet, Butwal, Pokhara, Narayanghat, Hetauda, Birgunj, Janakpur, Lahan, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birtamode and Dharan.
There will also be mini road shows in various colleges in the cities.
