Nepal suffer third straight defeat in ICC World Cup League 2

Nepal suffered their third consecutive defeat in the ongoing ICC World Cup League 2 tri-series, going down to the United States by six wickets in Dubai on Saturday.
Batting first after losing the toss at the ICC Academy, Nepal were bowled out for 271 runs with one ball remaining in their innings.
All-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee top-scored with 75 off 67 balls, hitting two fours and three sixes. Karan KC added 49, while Kushal Bhurtel and Bhim Sharki made 47 and 43 runs respectively. Captain Rohit Paudel chipped in with 36.
For the USA, Harmeet Singh was the pick of the bowlers, taking three wickets. Saurabh Netravalkar and Nosthush Kenjige claimed two wickets each, while Jasdeep Singh and Shubham Ranjane took one apiece.
In reply, the USA successfully chased the target with six balls to spare, reaching 272 for six. Saiteja Mukkamalla anchored the innings with a fine 75 off 101 balls, including seven fours and a six, while Milind Kumar added 70 from 66 balls in a 123-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
Sandeep Lamichhane was the standout bowler for Nepal, claiming three wickets, while Karan KC, Nandan Yadav, and Gulshan Jha took one wicket each.
With this loss, Nepal remain winless in the tri-series. They will next face the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.
