Star-studded departmental outfits scored a mammoth 153-8 and restricted New Horizon for 115-9 in 20 overs. APF had their top-order batsmen to thank for to post the total. While Vesawkar scored run-a-ball 41 with three fours and a six, Shankar Rana was even more aggressive. Rana struck four sixes and a four in his explosive 28-ball 48. Vesawkar’s opening partner Anil Shah also contributed 26 in a 50-run first wicket stand. Rahul Prajapati and Arjun Rayamajhi claimed three wickets each for New Horizon.
