In the match reduced to 10-over-a-side due to rain, Nepal had posted a target of 105-run to the UAE. The UAE, however, made 90 runs by losing eight wickets.
Invited to bat first after losing the toss, Nepal scored 104 runs in the allotted 10 overs losing six wickets.
Skipper Paras Khadka hit four fours and one six in his 14-ball 29.
Likewise, Sandeep Jora scored 28 off 11 balls that include three sixes and Binod Bhandari contributed 21 off 13 balls. Similarly, Gyanendra Malla made 11 off nine balls and Karan KC added 10 runs on the board while none other batsmen were able to contribute in double figures.
Pradeep Airee was replaced by Binod Bhandari in today's match.
Earlier in the first match held on Thursday, Sandeep Jora became the first Nepali to score a half century in Twenty20 International debut but his heroics couldn’t save the team from a 21-run defeat at the hands of the UAE.
In the second match played on Friday, Dipendra Singh Airee of Nepal finished off a thrilling chase against the UAE to help Nepal level the three-match Twenty20 International Series with a four-wicket victory.
