Dipendra Singh Airee of Nepal scored an unbeaten 47 runs to help his side register four-wicket victory against the hosts United Arab Emirates on Friday.
Chasing the target of 108 runs, Nepal scored 111 runs in 19.3 overs losing six wickets.
In the match played at the ICC Academy in Dubai, Airee and Sarraf scored 55 runs in partnership for the sixth wicket.
Karan KC made 20 runs off 23 balls hitting two boundaries and one six and Pawan Sarraf scored 18 runs off 25 balls while other batsmen failed to make double digit score.
Opening batsman of Nepal skipper Paras Khadka was dismissed for a duck.
CP Rizwan of UAE scored 44 runs off 43 balls hitting four boundaries and one six. He was caught by skipper Paras Khadka off Abinash Bohara’s delivery.
Similarly, Shaiman Anwar and Mohammad Boota made 14 and 11 runs respectively while other batsmen failed to make double digit score.
Abinash Bohara of Nepal claimed three wickets. Similarly, Sompal Kami, Karan KC and Sandeep Lamichhane took two wickets each.
Earlier on Thursday, Nepal had suffered a 21-run defeat at the hands of United Arab Emirates in their first Twenty-20 International of the three-match series.
The third game of the three-match Twenty20 International series will be held on Sunday.
