Eden Hazard’s penalty gave Chelsea a 1-0 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Sunday.

Hazard converted for the Blues after being brought down by Phil Jones inside the penalty area.

United had Alexis Sanchez’s goal disallowed for an off-side and Chelsea held on to late United pressure to preserve their one-goal advantage.

The title means Italian Antonio Conte has now won two trophies in his two seasons at Chelsea but his future at the Stamford Bridge remains shrouded in doubt.

Conte’s United counterpart Jose Mourinho said his side were better team throughout the match saying Chelsea did not deserve to win.
