Prerana Koirala and Anee Mathema made it to women’s singles quarter-finals of the sixth Citizens’ Bank Open Tennis Tournament on Sunday.
Koirala saw off Saloni Tamang 6-2, 6-0 before Mathema eased past Bhagwati BK 6-4, 6-2.
The men’s singles saw Jitendra Pariyar, Ranjan Shrestha and Pradip Khadka register double bagel wins over their opponents to reach last eight.
Kamal Bhandari, Nabin Magar and Samyak Bhusan Bajracharya also advanced into the quarter-finals winning their respective matches.
