Shanker Dev Campus and Cosmos College recorded wins in the University Cricket Cup twenty20 tournament at the TU Stadium on Sunday. Shanker Dev beat Uniglobe School by 65 runs and Cosmos defeated Nepal Commerce Campus (NCC) by five runs.

Shanker Deve scored 137 in 19.4 overs with Subhendu Pandey contributing 41 runs. Uniglboe were replied with 72-8.

In the second game, Cosmos made 170-8 but NCC got the revised target of 60 in 6.1 overs following the rain interruption. NCC managed only 54-2. (PR)
