The formal opening of the NSC Championships will be staged on Sunday at the International Sports Complex in Satdobato. The Championships, consisting of 29 games, will be held from December 24 to January 23. “The respective associations will be entrusted the responsibility to hold their national games within one-month period and will be given budget once they finish the games,” said NSC Member Secretary Keshav Kumar Bista on Saturday. “The best players from the championships will be kept in the national team training camp to prepare for the 2018 Asian Games and 2019 South Asian Games.” (PR)
