Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba congratulated the Nepal U-16 cricket team for their win against Singapore U-16 side by 72 runs to claim the Asian Cricket Council U-16 Eastern Region tournament held in Terdthai, Thailand on Sunday.
Prime Minister Deuba's personal secretary Badri Prasad Tiwari shared that the PM extended his happiness over the victory. PM further termed that the Nepali team's victory despite various challenges was praiseworthy.
Nepal had defeated Singapore by 71 run today.
