Sharad Bheswakar is likely to miss World Cricket League Championship (WCLC) match against Hong Kong on Friday and Sunday due to illness.
Bheswakar is suffering from fever and missed the team's training session on Thursday morning. He has been resting at the team's hotel. He was reportedly ill when the team took off for Hong Kong on Tuesday.
Team sources said another player is likely to be flown to Hong Kong as Bheswakar's replacement. The team has readied four players as optional.
Bheswakar has scored 321 runs in 10 matches in the championship. Only Paras Khadka (352) has scored more runs than him in the championship.
