Morang XI defeated Sankata Club 2-1 to enter the final of the Udaypur Gold Cup football tournament on Monday. After a goalless first half, Bhuwan Basnet put Morang ahead in the 69th minute. Morang left Simara Gold Cup champions Sankata with a tough task after Mikchan Tamang struck in the 73rd minute. Sajin Thapa Magar pulled one back for Sankata in the 83rd minute.
