Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) reached the final of Aaha Rara Cup in Pokhara defeating Sankata 1-0 at Pokhara Stadium on Thursday.
MMC's African recruit Olawale Afeez scored the only goal in the 85th minute in what was a disappointing performance from a star-studded side.
Sankata's Sushil KC was sent off for a double bookable offence in the 62nd minute. Rohit Chand, returning to the field after an injury, was declared man-of-the-match.
MMC will vie for the title with organiser Sahara Club on Saturday. Sahara defeated Tribhuvan Army club on penalties to secure their berth in the final.
