All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has suspended national football team players and a coach arrested on the charge of ‘match fixing’.
In a press statement Thursday, ANFA stated that it would not induct the accused four players and a coach in any football matches until the case against them concludes.
Police had on Wednesday arrested National Football Team Captain Sagar Thapa, players Sandip Rai, Ritesh Thapa, Bikash Singh Chhetri and a coach Anjan KC on match-fixing charge.
