A 24-year-old man was found murdered in Chainpur in ward 2 of Khairahani Municipality in Chitwan on Tuesday. 

According to the District Police Office in Chitwan, Krishna Prasad Khanal of Chainpur was found dead with knife injuries at around 7am. 

He was found dead near the walls of an under-construction herbal company.

 “Detailed investigation is underway into the incident,” said Deputy Superintendent of Police Shreeram Bhandari.
